- Serve as a key point of contact for both internal teams and client employees, managing a variety of HR inquiries and requests with professionalism and urgency.
- Support critical HR processes including timesheet verification, onboarding, employee tracking, and policy compliance.
- Coordinate and maintain accurate data across systems, ensuring up-to-date records for employee changes, statuses, and documentation.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including initial intake of concerns and coordination of follow-up actions under guidance from HR leadership.
- Contribute to training initiatives, knowledge sharing, and communication efforts within the client organization.
- Help prepare responses to employee concerns and complaints, escalating as appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies as well as federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Take ownership of various HR-related programs and projects as assigned.
- Experience with payroll, employee lifecycle processes, and HRIS systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, client-first approach.
- Prior experience working in a high-volume or multi-site environment is a strong plus.
