This individual will perform basic accounting functions such as ledger/fund analysis and reconciliation, cost analysis, review/reconcile budget to actuals, preparing and/or posting accounting documents, invoice customers, and perform collection functions.This position is eligible for remote work once training is complete.Essential Functions
  • Set-up and Maintain Billing Codes. Invoice Customers.
  • Customer follow-up on outstanding Accounts Receivables.
  • Maintain routine account journals and prepare basic financial statements.
  • Monitor and interpret financial data in the development of cost analysis and reports.
  • Analyze, establish, and maintain accounting systems.
  • May process purchase requisitions, invoices and change orders.
  • May perform internal auditing of financial records.
  • Prepare financial/statistical analysis reports. Recommend accounting and control systems.
  • Perform related duties based on departmental need.

Required Education
  • Bachelor's Degree must be in Accounting or related field.
  • Four (4) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.
Required ExperienceNone.Additional Qualifications Considered
  • Fund accounting experience.
  • SAP financial software experience.
  • Intermediate user of Microsoft products.
