Dedicated to supporting multi-site production by working in a safe, customer-focused manner; and must be highly self-motivated and customer-centricDevelop and design solutions to difficult problems, manage outside contractors and be on call for emergenciesDevelop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and positive working relationships with operationsHandle multiple projects and daily activities, meet deadlines and develop plans on how to accomplish departmental and distribution goalsEnsuring that all safety programs and procedures are followed, develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and good working relationships with operationsDevelop business plans and provide guidance and direction for the successful implementation of those plansHelp to develop, set and track budgetsUnderstand and implement safety programsSuccessful candidates must have the ability to provide enriched feedback to enhance individual performance, provide associates with written performance appraisals including discipline and up to terminationMentor all facilities associates by motivating and providing direction to help them achieve their goals and make a consistent effort to go above and beyondProject planning and cost analysisThe Area Maintenance Manager promotes and conducts good housekeepingBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 2+ years of team leadership experience
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidaysPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of team management, budget responsibilities, supplier management, problem solving, and client/ customer relations experience

The base pay for this position ranges from $82,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,500/year in our highest geographic market.
