
Resident Care Associate (RCA) - Assisted Living

- Casual Call - work 3 shifts per month
- Assist residents with personal cares, daily activities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity as possible
- Other responsibilities could include medication management, light housekeeping, and a variety of other tasks
- Previous direct care experience, preferred
- Experience with medication management, CNA. and/or CBRF certification is beneficial, but not required - We will train the right fit for our team!
- Our starting rate is between $18.00 - $20.00 + per hour, based on your experience and qualifications. Increases upon orientation completion. And regular wage reviews - we pay for high performance!
- We also offer a $3.00 NOC, $ 2.00 weekend shift differential, and incentive pay.
- These certifications are not required - we will train the right fit for our team!
- CNA Training (any state)
- Completion of all 4 CBRF classes prior to hire
- CNA, Resident Care, or Home Health Experience
- Full Time Position
