This role exists to drive data conversion, reporting, and integration activities within Workday, while partnering closely with the business and maintaining a highly structured and organized project approach.What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)8+ years of project management experience with Workday implementations and current Hospital or Clinical domain experienceStrong experience with Workdayparticularly in data conversion, reporting, and integrationsHighly self-driven with exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skillsProven ability to work independently, prioritize across multiple deliverables, and remain flexibleExperience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholdersComfortable in a structured and process-driven environmentAbility to start immediatelyCompensation InformationThe expected salary range for this position is $70/hr - $100 per hour (Market rate), depending on experience and qualifications.
