Accuracy, organization, and attention to detail are essential to ensure products are properly tracked, documented, and returned on time. You will coordinate shipments, verify quality upon return, and maintain accurate records to support efficient warehouse and production operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOutside Service CoordinationPrepare and process shipping documents for materials sent to outside vendors (coating, plating, heat treating, etc.).Coordinate with vendors for pickups, deliveries, and return timelines.Maintain accurate logs and tracking of all outgoing and incoming service items.Receiving & VerificationReceive and inspect returned materials from vendors, ensuring accuracy and quality.Record and maintain detailed receiving documentation.Properly label, store, and stage returned products for production or shipment.Inventory & DocumentationUpdate internal systems with tracking and completion details of outside service items.Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy.Communicate with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to resolve product flow issues.Equipment & SafetyOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment safely when required.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized staging/receiving area.Other Duties as AssignedWhat You Need to SucceedStrong organization and time management skillsAccuracy and attention to detailProblem-solving skills and dependabilityTeam-oriented mindsetQualificationsPrior shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferredFamiliarity with shipping/receiving software; NetSuite is a plusAbility to lift and move packages (up to 50 lbs)Good communication skillsKnowledge of warehouse safety standards and equipment operation a plusExperience with outside vendors or fastener/metal treatment industry is desirable but not requiredImportant InformationBig Bolt LLC participates in E-Verify to confirm employment authorization.
