We are seeking an experienced Epic Program Manager to lead and manage large-scale integration projects involving Health Insurance payer clinical applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program management, specifically within the healthcare sector, and possess deep expertise in Epic systems. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and optimization of clinical applications.Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Management:
- Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of integration projects involving Epic systems and Health Insurance payer clinical applications.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and budget tracking.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
2. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including IT teams, clinical staff, insurance payers, and vendors, to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Facilitate regular communication and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Technical Expertise:
- Utilize Epic knowledge (Tapestry, Healthy Planet) and expertise to guide integration strategies and solutions.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and interoperability between Epic systems and payer applications.
4. Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance integration efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate project outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
5. Risk Management:
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with integration projects.
- Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges and ensure project continuity.
6. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, encouraging professional development and growthQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Epic certification required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, specifically in healthcare IT and clinical application integration.
- Proven experience managing large-scale integration projects involving Health Insurance payer applications.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with other healthcare IT systems and applications.
- Knowledge of payer operations and clinical workflows.
- Epic Certification and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

- Responsible for budgets and assuring quality of deliverables
- Seen as a trusted advisor to senior clients and secures great feedback from client executives and sponsors
- Decisive and directive delivery focus with a can do attitude, demonstrates both hard and soft skills
- Coaches, mentors and motivates team and client staff, builds trust and confidence through focus on quality and delivery
- Ensures high levels of individual and team utilization in line with the levels expected as part of the goal setting process.
- Manages a personal sales pipeline to support revenue targets (personal and practice)
- Manages a revenue target as agreed with manager. Sells laterally and vertically to a number of clients. Regularly identifies leads and converts them into opportunities and proposals
- Has an effective network of client contacts at executive buying level. Leads sales activities and meetings
- Leads marketing and prospecting activities to populate the sales funnel
- Closes new projects and/or project extensions with minimal partner support
- Proactively seeks opportunities to develop revenue in existing and new areas
- Drives proposal creation and presales activities for the engagement/new accounts by leveraging Wipro's global footprint and end to end consulting capability
- Recognised as an industry thought leader and ensures thought leadership is shared with GCG/Wipro is one of the various channels. Leads assignment team thought leadership
- Ensures case studies and track records are utilized across Wipro in sales efforts. Presents Wipro thought leadership at external industry forums and sales campaigns and demonstrates the monetization of own thought leadership through pipeline building
10 YEARS .Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $100,000 to $200,000 .
