As the Project Manager specializing in ground-up light industrial construction, you will be a critical part of the team, responsible for the successful management and execution of projects. You will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards, adhere to schedules, and stay within budget. Projects include cold storage, manufacturing, distribution, and warehouse centers.
  • Lead and manage ground-up light industrial construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of the project.
  • Secure necessary permits and approvals.
  • Regularly monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and provide regular updates on project status.
  • Manage project teams and subcontractors, ensuring they work efficiently and effectively.
  • Propose innovative solutions to project challenges

  • Light industrial construction experience required
  • Tilt wall construction experience preferred
  • Technical degree level education in construction or related field
  • 5+ years of experience working in the construction industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Stable work record
  • Knowledge in Construction Management or related field required
