  • Direct and manage complex civil engineering projects, including infrastructure development and land use planning
  • Lead preparation of construction documents, contracts, schedules, and budgets
  • Oversee technical design teams and ensure quality deliverables
  • Manage client relationships and agency interactions
  • Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff
  • Review and approve engineering designs and technical specifications
  • Drive business development and maintain key client relationships
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and manage permitting processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • California PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
  • 8-12 years of relevant civil engineering experience
  • 3+ years managing technical teams
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and engineering software
  • Strong project management and leadership abilities
  • Excellence in client communication and relationship building
