Location: Houston, TX - Hybrid
Duration: 8-9 month contract
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and high-quality solutions and support for production issues within the PeopleSoft application and integrations to and from PeopleSoft
- Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft HCM applications and integrations.
- Collaborate with HR business analysts to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide expertise in PeopleSoft HCM modules, including Core HR, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Time and Labor, and Talent Management.
- Develop and maintain PeopleCode, Application Engine programs, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker services.
- Conduct unit testing and participate in system integration testing to ensure the reliability and accuracy of HCM applications.
- Stay abreast of PeopleSoft HCM updates and enhancements and recommend improvements to optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between HCM and other business systems.
- Assist in the development of technical documentation and user guides.
- 10 years of Peoplesoft development and production support experience
- HCM modules experience
- Peoplecode and Application Engine required
