The individual selected for this position will report to the Director of Engineering / Project Management and will collaborate with the Engineering Team to design and implement critical solutions to enhance our clients’ environments that result in a more efficient, secure, easy to use, and dependable system than before.This is a critical hire for our organization that offers an unmatched opportunity in terms of growth, team, and benefits.   • Coordinating with sales to create detailed project scopes, list of tasks, and effort estimates for project statements of work
  • Successful execution of approved project plans
  • Drive regular and clear communication with the Project Manager, Project Stakeholder, Sponsors, and the client
  • Implementation and support skills for MSP related technologies (Microsoft Administration, Infrastructure, Networking, Security, Endpoint Management)
  • IT support relating to issues with the project implementation and technology
  • Documentation of all newly implemented or changed technology (or all technology as part of an onboard)
  • Generates detailed customer facing project deliverables (diagrams, runbooks, frameworks, flow chats, end-user instructions, SOPs, policies)
  • Escalate and mitigate service or project issues that cannot be completed within agreed scope & time
  • Business awareness: specific knowledge of the client and how IT relates to their business strategy and goals
  • Work through project tickets and phases as assigned by a Project Manager to keep stakeholders on task and project milestones on schedule
  • Ensure operational procedures and practices are well defined, documented, and consistently applied
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT environments
  • Experience with and knowledge of IT security concepts and best practices
  • Excellent diagnosis and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Highly motivated and proactive, with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and client-care
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
  • The ability to communicate clearly both written and verbally
  • High moral and ethical values
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work within a team environment
  • Service awareness of all organization’s key IT services for which support is being provided
