- Verify and confirm all leads with accurate information.
- Create a positive and trusting customer experience.
- Dial out to customers to confirm leads or generate new leads.
- Assist in achieving daily, monthly and yearly lead goals.
- Audit and report mistakes found on set appointments.
- Maintain up to date product knowledge to offer helpful solutions to customers’ home improvement needs.
- Ability to multi-task and work both quickly and efficiently.
- Comfortable working in an environment with limited supervision.
- Excellent phone communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to respond to customers through text using proper grammar and professional etiquette.
- Display expertise in what products we offer, scheduling and department protocols.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 Year of Customer Service/ Support preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center or a related sales position preferred
- Prolonged periods working on a computer.
- Must be able to work with a mouse & keyboard.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
