Adecco is currently seeking an energetic individual to join our team to support our client's manufacturing facility (Onsite) in Sumner, WA. The Onsite Supervisor will work to execute all steps of the placement cycle for our customer orders while complying with company policy, employment law, and code of business conduct. Our goal is to provide applicants with employment, and clients with skilled associates that are well-matched to their unique hiring needs.

This is a full-time position, hours will be 8am 5pm, with flexibility as needed. Minimum Salary of $77,968.80Responsibilities for this Onsite Supervisor role include:
  • Conducting daily safety walks
*Interacting with Supervisors and Associates to resolve issues
*Conducting attendance and performance coaching
*Monitoring associate attendance daily
*Responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates to fill job orders. Acts as a liaison through the full recruiting and onboarding lifecycle and provides exceptional customer service to candidates.
*Analyzes hiring needs, determines best recruiting methods, and creates/deploys client-specific and role-specific recruiting strategies. Builds and maintains a comprehensive candidate pipeline that addresses client needs.Qualifications: Minimum 2 years customer service experience in a fast-paced environment; recruiting experience a plus. Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills required. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) also required. Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner. Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships and networks. Must have the ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease.
