At Adecco, an Onsite Supervisor can be successful by building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.This is a contract position. This is a full-time position, hours will be 8am 5pm, with flexibility as needed. Minimum Salary of $77,968.80Responsibilities for this Onsite Supervisor role include:
- Conducting daily safety walks
*Conducting attendance and performance coaching
*Monitoring associate attendance daily
*Responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates to fill job orders. Acts as a liaison through the full recruiting and onboarding lifecycle and provides exceptional customer service to candidates.
*Analyzes hiring needs, determines best recruiting methods, and creates/deploys client-specific and role-specific recruiting strategies. Builds and maintains a comprehensive candidate pipeline that addresses client needs.Qualifications: Minimum 2 years customer service experience in a fast-paced environment; recruiting experience a plus. Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills required. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) also required. Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner. Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships and networks. Must have the ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease.
