- Yoga Design Lab: Known for high-performance yoga gear with striking aesthetics and eco-conscious design.
- Hugger Mugger: A trusted name in yoga since 1986, offering time-tested props and tools that support every stage of practice.
- Provide responsive, friendly customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Support and grow B2B relationships with yoga studios, gyms, wellness centers, and retailers.
- Upsell and cross-sell products that enhance the customer experience and increase order value.
- Process orders, returns, quotes, and special requests accurately and efficiently.
- Proactively follow up on open orders, incomplete transactions, and leads.
- Track and manage customer engagement using our CRM and reporting tools.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth operations from order to delivery.
- Stay current on product lines and promotions to confidently educate and assist customers.
- Occasionally represent the brand at trade shows or local events.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or sales support.
- Excellent communication skills—written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with CRM and customer service software platforms.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a proactive mindset.
- Interest in yoga, wellness, or conscious living is a big plus.
- Salary: $47,000–$50,000/year (based on experience)
- Bonus potential based on sales performance
