Key Responsibilities:Analyze and allocate business unit expenses across entities and marketsReview actuals vs. budget, investigate variances, and recommend solutionsPerform ad hoc analysis, reporting, and data-driven insightsUpdate and build financial reporting templatesPartner with business units and cross-functional teams to resolve issuesQualifications:Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA a plus)3–5 years of financial analysis/accounting experienceStrong accounting knowledge and advanced Excel skillsExperience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsSelf-starter, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
