  • Gain hands-on experience supporting the strategy and operations of an early career rotational program
  • Apply project management and data analysis skills to track program performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Explore and understand various business units and roles across Henkel Adhesives in North America
  • Conduct feedback sessions with current and past program participants to assess program strengths and opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to enhance program visibility and recognition through internal and external channels
  • Develop and manage social media content to promote the program and showcase participant experiences
What makes you a good fit
  • A rising junior or rising senior graduating in 2027 or 2028 pursuing a degree in Communications, Data Analytics or Marketing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data organization and basic analysis
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Experience creating and managing content for social media platforms

  • This internship is NOT eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.
  • Henkel's Summer 2026 internship program starts on May 27th, 2026, and runs through mid-August.

The salary for this role is $22-$27/hour. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.
