- Develop & deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the value of our services.
- Negotiate & close contracts.
- Manage & grow assigned client accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service & ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify, upsell, & cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintain accurate client records & CRM data.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, etc.) to ensure seamless client experience.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required to be hired) in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience (or proof of internships) in B2B sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, & interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to build & maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Proficient in CRM software & MS Office Suite.
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic & a drive to succeed.
