  • Drop/hook pay: $17.50 per drop
  • Lift Gate stop pay: $30 per stop
  • Live stop pay: $17.25 per stop
  • Refused delivery: $15 - $47.50
  • Off account work: $160 - $450
  • Detention pay: $15/hour after 2 hours
  • Trainee pay: $200 per day
  • Safety training pay: $15 per hour
  • Holiday pay: $160 per day
