- Provide information and referrals to Service members and their families.
- Develop and maintain a catalog of government-approved family programs and support resources within the assigned state.
- Identify gaps in available services/resources and collaborate with Military OneSource, DoD, State Joint Force HQ, and civilian community resources to address these gaps.
- Support events aimed at increasing awareness of military community services, including relocation assistance, counseling, personal and family life education, PFM services, deployment assistance, SECO, exceptional family member services, and more.
- Facilitate collaboration between military and civilian agencies to improve service coordination.
- Conduct briefings and share information to facilitate networks of volunteers, as approved by the Government.
- Provide support to unit/command and family support staff through briefings, information sharing, and training, as approved by the Government.
- U.S. Citizen
- Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Strong customer service skills and knowledge of call center operations.
- Understanding of the military lifestyle.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5-9 years of prior military experience as: an Active Duty, National Guard, or Reserve service member, or a spouse of a service member, or relevant civilian knowledge and experience in Military Service programs.
- Must pass a criminal history and fingerprint check.
- Must successfully complete a DoD-initiated Tier 2 (Low-Risk) Suitability Investigation.
- Residence within 50 miles of Fort Liberty, NC.
- Experience in marketing, recruiting, counseling, or academic instruction.
