Description:Join us for an incredible opportunity to support our Finance team at the Hyatt Regency Seattle as our Finance Clerk!The Finance Clerk is a vital member of the Accounting team, responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the daily operations of the department. This role assists the Directors & Assistant Directors of Finance by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of accounting functions.Position Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
  • Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Assist with invoice creation, distribution, and follow-up
  • Prepare and maintain financial documents and spreadsheets
  • Perform data entry and organize financial records
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
  • Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries
  • Provide general administrative support the Finance team as needed
The hourly rate range for this position is $28.20 to $28.76/hour. The starting rate for this position is $28.20/hour. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who have remained in this position for four years or more with Hyatt, which is currently offered at $28.76/hour.As a colleague, we have you covered with awesome benefits and perks!Benefits
