Are you ready to go beyond?What You Will DoPratt & Whitney is seeking a Shop Visit Analysis Manager role on a high-visibility F135 Sustainment Integrated Fleet Support team that executes forecasting, powerplant engineering, and shop visit strategy. The Shop Visit Analysis Manager leads the F135 shop visit event tracking and cost analysis to identify opportunities to reduce shop visit cost.Drive maturity of standard depot maintenance event analysis methodology for event data life cycleDrive accurate and timely collection of critical depot-level maintenance event information as well as shop visit value (e.g. material, labor, burden)Drive analysis of depot-level maintenance event drivers and shop visit value throughout the event data life cycleIdentify and manage emerging issues as surfaced in the depot shop visit maintenance event data setConduct collaborative interactions with internal and external stakeholders on inputs to and outputs of your analysisDevelop and track data quality metrics related to depot maintenance event dataDrive digital strategy integration: data product & tool developmentDrive process & stakeholder integration across F135 enterprise for all key processesDrive CORE key process maturity & improvement effortsTravel 10% (Domestic & International)Qualifications You Must HaveBachelor's Degree8 years of aerospace, logistics, or maintenance experience or an advanced degree with 5 years of aerospace, logistics, or maintenance experienceExperience in cost planning and tracking across maintenance repair systemsQualifications We PreferAdvanced degree in Business, Engineering, Aerospace Logistics, or equivalentExperience managing teamsFamiliar with engine overhaul & repair processes, engine hardware, assembly, operation, and testing * F135, F117 or other P&W Military or Commercial Engines logistics experience
  • CORE Champion or related total quality management system experience
