That's Perdue.SummaryThe overall purpose of this position i.e., what it accomplishes at Perdue and/or why it exists: Prioritize loads of feed being sent to chicken farms by importance. Load trucks using our automated computerized loadout system. Utilize drivers and delivery equipment to its maximum capabilities. Communicate fully with all producers and employees to accomplish the above.Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Set up loads in automated loadout system and load trucks by priority.
  • Weigh all feed returns, dispatch loads accurately to meet USDA standards.
  • Operate, enter information, generate tickets and reports using our computer systems.
  • Effectively communicate with producers, drivers, flock supervisor and document information.
  • Complete all associated paperwork, checks and cleaning duties as assigned regularly.
  • Comply with all perdue policies related to loading feed trucks, EX: NAE, APF, FDSA AND FSM.
Minimum EducationHigh School or equivalentExperience Requirements0 -2 years experience. Reading, writing, math and analytical skills required. Must obtain weigh master license through training. Must be able to operate a truck on the feed mill property.Experience PreferredEnvironmental Factors and Physical Requirements
