Check out our other great benefits at !The Account Executive position at McClure can be a remote position within Pennsylvania or surrounding states. It comes with a competitive base salary and an exceptional commission package (paid immediately after sales).Essential Functions:
  • With minimal supervision, sells the McClure Company offerings – particularly focused on energy services and performance contracting to public entities including but not limited to; K-12 education, county government, state agencies, healthcare and higher education.
  • Identifies, sells, renews or expands service agreements as part of a bundled offering to the performance contract.
  • Coordinates and performs duties and responsibilities such as lead generation, customer services, proposal development, customer acquisition and coordinating the start of projects for Performance Contracts and other energy services solutions.
  • Responds to Requests for Proposals and Requests for Qualifications.
  • Self generates leads within the identified vertical markets and geographical regions.
  • Leverages all of the McClure Company offerings to generate leads and cultivate additional opportunities.
  • Ability to facilitate complex technical and financial solutions unique to each opportunity in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Identifies project goals and timelines to maximize project development and engineering resources.
  • Guides clients through energy efficiency project financing and contracting processes.
  • Develops and maintains a sales plan for identifying energy retrofit project opportunities and other services identified by the customer.
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related discipline preferred
  • Prior ESCO / Energy Savings Performance Contracting experience required
  • 3+ years of financial / performance contracting experience including previous leadership, sales, and marketing with an energy services or related organization
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong verbal, written, computer communication and technical presentation skills
  • Strong needs-based sales skills
  • Knowledge of building infrastructure systems and energy analysis
  • Valid Drivers’ License in good standing, issued by resident state required
