- Strategic Leadership: Spearhead strategic initiatives to enhance digital strategies, driving new business opportunities and sales growth.
- New Business Development: Lead efforts in identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities through innovative digital strategies.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, providing strategic insights, and aligning digital solutions to meet business objectives.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, leveraging digital insights and market trends to differentiate our offerings in the competitive landscape. Support the sales team by providing expertise on digital and innovation in food services, differentiating offerings to drive new sales.
- Opportunity Identification: Consistently identify new opportunities to integrate digital programs into the business and drive impactful results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and technology, to ensure seamless integration of digital strategies into new business initiatives.
- Client Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our digital solutions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis and stay abreast of industry trends to identify new opportunities for business development.
- Business Review: Provide regular updates on wins/losses and differentiators to senior business leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in digital strategy, with a proven track record in new business sales.
- Sales Acumen: Strong business development and sales skills, with a focus on acquiring new clients.
- Digital Strategy Expertise: In-depth knowledge of digital strategies, including experience in developing and implementing successful campaigns.
- Client-Focused: A client-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex digital strategies in a clear and compelling manner.
- Leadership Experience: Previous experience leading and mentoring teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions that meet client objectives.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the hospitality digital space.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
- Channel Expertise: Experience working on projects in various digital channels – Mobile, Social, Digital Marketing, Technology Management, and Project Management.
- Travel: Ability to travel approximately 40% to 50%.
