- Effectively manage and track project spending and report financials on a regular basis, with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- Lead, develop and mentor people and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Strong team-building skills required to manage and lead direct reports as well as cross-functional teams at a corporate and/or plant location.
- Implement accountability and expectations with external engineering integrators.
- Understand plant downtime systems and able to track project start up curves.
- Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to assist teams to solve operational issues.
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100.

- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.

- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (ie: Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Food Processing, Civil or Electrical Engineering).
- 7-9 years of project engineering experience, with a focus on engineering project management.
- Project management engineering experience, including individual CAPEX project expenditure of $1-3MM.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing plant operations.
- Strong people leadership skills for future direct reports.
- Experience with plant operations, packaging, processing, utilities, project management, as well as understanding of TPM and LSS processes.
- Able to travel; individual can expect to travel up to 30-50% of the time to facilitate and manage multiple plant projects.
- This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
- New equipment installation and start-up, high-speed packaging experience, and process and utilities engineering experience.
- Project Management/ PMP certification preferred.
- CPG experience, preferably in a beverages facility.
- Familiarity with basics of finance, product cost accounting and statistical process control.
- Understanding of competitive industry technology available for food/beverage packaging, utilities and processing.
- Excellent communication, presentation and influential leadership skills with an ability to negotiate with vendors, contractors and consultants as well as aligning with internal stakeholders.
- Work well with cross functional leadership teams to properly communicate projects scope and deliverables.
- Self-motivated, results and action oriented. Able to make independent and sound decisions.
- Experience with Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, CAD skills and ability to utilize MS Project and other project tracking software systems.
