- Responsible for the day-to-day membership duties including phone coverage, class registration, responding to inquiries, leading tours and enrollment.
- Coordinate all membership recruitment and retention, documentation, and onboarding following department procedures.
- Identify opportunities for engaging new membership leads and develop partnerships through research, relationships and executing successful sales and marketing activities at the discretion of leadership.
- Assist with the creation and dissemination of content for social media and other internal and external communications.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build relationships and create a welcoming environment for all clients and members.
- Demonstrate awareness of the benefit of membership by engaging in conversation with members to retain and increase membership loyalty. Resolve membership issues with empathy while following policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities and facilitate referrals across Keswick programs and campus-wide services.
- Ensure proper documentation of relationships and outcomes in the appropriate database.
- Work interdepartmentally to execute projects that support membership and community engagement goals.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred in gerontology, aging services or closely related human services field.
- 2+ years related work experience in sales, marketing or customer service preferred.
- Experience in membership processing and CRM systems preferred.
- Experience working with older adult clients preferred.
- Experience working in a health or wellness setting preferred.
- Current driver's license, dependable licensed and insured vehicle.
- Available to work some evening and weekend hours as needed.
- Proficient use of computer software (Excel, Word, Outlook, Zoom, etc).
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally.
