- Develop and manage private dining, catering, and special event sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. • Respond to inquiries, create proposals, conduct site visits, and close event bookings. • Plan and coordinate event details with the culinary and service teams to ensure flawless execution. • Build long-term relationships with clients, community partners, and local organizations.
- Marketing & Brand Growth
- Oversee Lucy's Event marketing calendar, social media presence, and promotional campaigns. • Develop creative strategies to increase brand visibility, guest engagement, and sales. • Collaboration with LRG Marketing Team for Event and Catering focused digital marketing efforts, including social media content, e-blasts, website updates, and collaborations. • Partner with local businesses, influencers, and media to drive brand awareness and traffic.
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and General Manager to create event menus and promotional offerings. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent guest experiences and brand messaging. • Monitor sales metrics and provide reporting on event and marketing performance.
- Proven experience in restaurant sales, event management, or hospitality marketing. • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Creative thinker with a passion for hospitality, food, and beverage. • Proficient in marketing platforms (social media, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.). • A self-starter with a fire in your belly to drive results.
