Experience in the field is preferred, but we are also open to training entry-level candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in a hands-on technical field with strong growth potential.Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on lift station equipment
  • Conduct inspections and document findings accurately
  • Identify and address basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers
  • Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency service requests as needed
Qualifications:
  • Experience with lift stations or wastewater systems preferred (but not required)
  • Basic mechanical, electrical, or plumbing knowledge is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow procedures
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability are a must
  • Must be punctual
  • Must have valid driver's license
