Job Description:
Our client is looking for a HR Support Analyst to support their HR operations by managing U.S. and Canadian leave administration, coordinating HR projects, analyzing policy and process impacts, maintaining internal documentation, and driving process improvements. The right candidate will have strong HR systems knowledge, analytical skills, and experience in leave management within large organizations.In this role, you will:
  • Partner with Absence Management COE and third-party vendors to manage leave and disability cases. Update HRIS systems, resolve pay/benefit issues, and validate arrears processing.
  • Lead or assist with small to mid-sized HR projects (e.g., acquisitions, divestitures, process improvements, change management).
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on legal, policy, or organizational changes impacting HR operations.
  • Keep HR process guides and internal content up to date for a seamless agent and employee experience.
  • Identify and implement improvements and automation to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery.
What We're Looking For:
Must Have:
  • 3+ years of HR Service Center Analyst experienc
  • 3+ years of leave administration experience in large organizations (10,000+ employees)
  • Proficient in enterprise HR systems and vendor platforms (PeopleSoft or UKG a plus)
  • Solid knowledge of HR operations and best practices
  • Skilled in data analysis and reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Location: Seattle, WA, Onsite Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday, WFH Monday/Friday
Length of Assignment: 17 Months, through 12/31/2026
