Launching Something Big: National Retail Sales Manager NeededThis isn't your typical sales job posting.I'm working with a poultry powerhouse (largest employer in their county) who's about to shake up the retail frozen food space. They've been the behind-the-scenes champions of private label for years, but now? Now they're launching their own branded product line. Here's what makes this different: They don't need someone who can just manage accounts. They need someone who gets the complexity of branded product sales - promotional programs, bill backs, ad spending, working with corporate buyers who want to see ROI on shelf space. What you'll do:
  • Build branded product presence in major retail chains (think Walmart, Target level)
  • Work directly with corporate buyers, not distributors
  • Manage complex promotional programs and accounting
  • Launch frozen, further processed, proteins in a bag into retail freezer sections
What you bring:
  • 5+ years selling branded products in commodity categories
  • Experience with frozen beef, pork, or poultry retail sales
  • Relationships with corporate retail buyers
  • Understanding of promotional programs and retail accounting
The package:
  • $100K-$120K base
  • Full benefits + 401k match
  • Real growth opportunity - you're building something new
If you've ever sold branded frozen, further processed products in a bag to corporate retail buyers and know the difference between that and private label sales, let's talk.Ready to build something?
