The Senior Accountant will be handling month-end accounting close, financial reporting and accounts payables processes.Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable processes
- Prepare, post and reconcile deferred revenue
- Prepare account reconciliations and adjustments,
- Oversee and administer employee expense report
- Review credit card transactions.
- General ledger reconciliation
- Ensure proper accounting and billing.
- Perform monthly vendor analyses.
- Assist in the integration of accounting operations for acquired companies.
- Review and approval of weekly payment runs.
- Month end close
- Complete audit and tax requests.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Public accounting and financial audit experience strongly preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a must
- Experience with ERP software and Microsoft Office
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Demonstrate leadership and must be able to work as a team player
- Must have analytical skills
