- Providing faculty and program director development related to program evaluation and development and/or revision of systematic evaluation plan
- Providing faculty and program director development related to the accreditation process
- Self-study review and mock-site visits
- Doctoral degree in nursing or education is heavily preferred; Master’s considered in relations to level of experience.
- Current registered nurse license
- Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing education as an educator in a practical, associate, diploma, or baccalaureate program
- Accreditation site visit experience as team chair (CCNE, NLN-CNEA or ACEN)
- Proficiency in basic computer technologies, specifically Microsoft Office, Microsoft outlook and PowerPoint.
- Current proficiency presenting to small and large group audiences either in person, via conference call and/or in web enabled environments using PowerPoint and other technologies
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate with faculty in all types of programs
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and deliver results in ambiguous environments
