- Drive territory engagement from tradeshows, product demos/trainings, to lunch & learns
- Somebody that enjoys a team environment
- Partner with distributors, integrators, and end users & specifiers to drive sales in the territory
- Be a problem solver for partners (helping with quotes, proposals)
- Work cross functionally with other departments
- Weekly and quarterly reporting around pipelines, partner pipelines and forecasting
- Maintain best practices while working inside the CRM (Salesforce)
- Travel extensively throughout the territory and occasional travel within North America (as needed)
- Hunter mentality: someone who is not afraid to get out and about and work the territory hard.
- 4+ years of Video Security channel field sales experience including integrator and distribution sales
- Comfortable traveling within territory daily
- Comes with strong territory knowledge and existing relationships.
- Weekly activity reports and quoting tracking
- Confident in presenting/demonstrating technical products
- Working knowledge of CRM
- Track record of exceeding quota expectations
- Able to lift objects up to 50 lbs. and basic mechanical assembly skills for equipment demos
- Ability to reliably travel at short notice within territory
- 3+ Years of experience working in Video Security/Access control field sales or IT field sales
