- Perform calculations, equipment selection, and design for electrical systems, including low voltage infrastructure.

- Participate in project pursuits, proposals, and developing strong client relationships.
- Mentor less experienced electrical staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or architectural engineering with an Electrical emphasis.
- Professional registration as a PE.
- Working knowledge of applicable building codes.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in power, lighting, fire alarm, emergency power, and specification preparation for office buildings, commercial buildings, educational buildings, aviation/port buildings, municipal/county buildings, and industrial buildings.
- Demonstrated experience in low voltage systems (e.g., data/telecom, security, access control, audio-visual, and building automation).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products and Bluebeam.
- Working knowledge of Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit) preferred.
- Basic understanding of electrical construction materials and methods.
- Project Management experience preferred.
- Experience managing multiple engineering disciplines is a plus.
- Good interoffice and client communication skills and the ability to work independently are crucial.
- Fee proposal preparation experience a plus.
