Your duties and tasks include:
  • Moves, cleans and works with vehicles to maintain vehicle display and support vehicle sales activities.
  • Daily assessment of display lots, take appropriate action to display vehicles to Kendall standards.
  • Move and deliver vehicles to sites and locations as required.
  • Prepare sold vehicles for delivery.
  • Wash and dry, vacuum, clean glass and other portions of vehicles.
  • Fuel vehicles, jump start and charge vehicle batteries.
  • Maintain external appearance and cleanliness of the dealership's lots.
  • Oversee and maintain vehicle inventory and records
  • Assess and photograph vehicles noted with transportation damage into the currently used system for processing and repair.
  • VIN verification, bagging, and tagging vehicle keys during transport offloading to be processed internally throughout the dealership.
  • Oversees lot attendants and detailing staff
  • Ensures that vehicles are detailed up to standards and requirements
  • Set up and remove displays and associated material for special events.
  • Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
  • Operate snow removal equipment as necessary.
  • This position will have numerous other relevant duties assigned as required.
Work is generally performed both outdoors and indoors, some time spent in a shop environment, majority of job duties will be completed via standing or walking, though bending and twisting will occur to enter and exit vehicles. Use of some mechanical hand tools, pressure washers and general carwash equipment will be used daily and throughout entire work shift.Join Kendall Auto Group and START SOMETHING GREAT!
