- Oversee data collection, storage, and maintenance across numerous sources.
- Ensure data integrity and security, and enforce data governance policies.
- Stay current with advancements in data science and machine learning, drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools and technologies to enhance data processing and analysis capabilities, ensuring the scalability and efficiency of data solutions.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses using advanced data science methods and tools to support forecasting, root cause analysis, and predictive modeling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in data science or analytical roles, preferably supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or federal acquisition programs.
- Over 5 years of programming experience in modern programming languages such as C++, Java, or equivalent.
- Experience with data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong understanding of project management principles, lifecycle methodologies, and risk management practices.
- Ability to communicate complex technical data to non-technical stakeholders through clear reports, dashboards, and briefings.
- Active DoD Secret clearance or higher
- Must be a US Citizen
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and experience supporting ACAT I/II programs is preferred.

The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked.
