Are you passionate about helping students succeed academically? We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic At-Home Tutor to provide one-on-one academic support. While this role requires general subject tutoring, a strong background in high school-level math (Algebra, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, and beyond) is essential.Responsibilities:Provide individualized tutoring sessions in various school subjects, with a focus on math.Help the students develop and strengthen their study skills, time management, and problem-solving strategies.Adapt teaching methods to meet the students’ unique learning styles and academic needs.Track progress and provide feedback to the student and parents.Maintain a positive, encouraging learning environment.Qualifications:Strong proficiency in high school-level math (Algebra I & II, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, and possibly Calculus).Ability to assist with general school subjects (English, Science, Social Studies, etc.).Previous tutoring, teaching, or mentoring experience preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Dependable, patient, and organized.Schedule & Compensation:Schedule: Approximately 5 hours per week (schedule may be flexible).Location: In-person at the student’s home in Leeds, UtahPay: $35 - $50 an hour.
