We’re currently seeking a full time Housekeeper for both weekdays and weekends.Broad Statement of Responsibilities:Create a welcoming and clean environment for clients and staff. Tidy common spaces and guest rooms toensure quality service in line with the APN standards of quality.Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilityrequired. - 2+ years in Housekeeping,
- Able to stand for 8+ hours
- Able to squat, bend, kneel, and lift 50 lbs
- Knowledge of various computer programs and the ability to multitask
- Management skills and experience
- Familiarity with industry’s best practices and local vendors
- Leadership experience
- Time-management skills
- Capable of making good decision
- Ability to handle pressure well
- Ability to deal with uncertainty
- Familiarity with client admissions and departure procedures
- Routine mobility to include standing, stooping, bending, lifting, walking and running.
- Regularly required to sit and work at a phone/computer workstation• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

- Must possess a valid driver’s license, appropriate references

- Helps implement systems to ensure efficiency and delineation of tasks related to facility cleanliness
- Produces timely and accurate information to communicate with other department heads regarding
- Prepare guest rooms, apartments, and rental homes for guests.
- Assists with hospitality department inventory, ordering, and organization of housekeeping items.
- Ensures that client response quality is up to standards facilities are clean and sanitized.
- Assists with the organization of client arrivals and departure processes to ensure room cleanliness.
- Offers suggestions and creative ideas that can improve upon the department’s performance.
- Clean and Sanitize common spaces, recording on sheet to ensure safety
- Monitors and maintains communications with the hospitality staff
- Solves problems that arise and seizes control of issues in the building- communicating with proper
- Responds to client needs and requests personally.
- Other Duties as assigned
