  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • 6-8 years of software development experience in a professional environment or comparable experience
  • Proficiency in NoSQL, Big Data technologies such as Hive, PySpark, and GCP (Big Query, Data Proc, Data Flow, Cloud Composer)
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and Data Modelling
  • Strong skills in Unix Scripting, GitHub Actions, GitHub Enterprise, and Jenkins
  • Hands-on expertise with application design, software development, and automated testing
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems and relational databases
  • Proven ability to influence technological growth across teams
  • Deep understanding of infrastructure, technologies, and components
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain applications
  • Communicate complex data structures and associated components effectively
  • Lead reviews of colleagues' work and define test conditions based on requirements
  • Monitor system performance and improve software quality through root cause analysis
  • Assess and interview team members to identify and develop talent
  • Influence leadership and make impactful, timely decisions
