- Prior Automotive Management experience
- Experienced in Luxury retail brands
- Ability to hire, lead and train a small successful group of luxury sales associates

- Manage day-to-day operations of the Sales department
- Develop and execute strategies for inventory acquisition, pricing, and marketing
- Work closely with sales consultants to achieve volume and gross profit goals
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing
- Oversee vehicle merchandising (photos, descriptions, online listings)
- Train and mentor sales staff
- Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
