- Educate and assist customers with system use, maintenance tips, and damage prevention strategies. Offer professional insights and suggestions to enhance their system’s functionality.
- Perform a variety of plumbing tasks, including replacing seals and repairing leaks
- Install water heaters, water lines, garbage disposals, and fixtures.
- Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to ensure compliance with local codes and identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Perform diagnostic tests to detect plumbing malfunctions and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Clean drains and address blockages using specialized equipment and tools.
- Utilize advanced tools and techniques, such as electrical hand tools, saws, drills, brazing equipment, drain machines, and propress.
- Apply technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Maintain safe work practices and personal safety at all times.
- Mentor and supervise Apprentice Plumbers to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Accurately document each work order to ensure detailed records.
