- Stage and schedule posts in CMS platforms
- Manage the editorial calendar
- Collaborate with social, programming, creative, video, and CMS teams
- Resolve platform issues and support updates and tag changes
- Perform quality checks before and during publication
- Join editorial planning meetings
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests
- 3-4 years of experience in digital content marketing or marketing operations.
- 2-4 years of copyediting experience.
- Content management system (CMS) platform experience, Adobe Edge Delivery Services is a plus.
- Enterprise client contact and customer service experience preferred.
