- You will perform a wide variety of office and administrative functions as well as support other team members to drive company success.
- You must be comfortable communicating with clients, prospective clients, and our strategic partners on a regular basis.
- 25% Manage a wide range of administrative activities, 20% Handle inbound/outbound communications, 15% Monitor inventory levels and purchase supplies, 15% Organize, scan, and file documents (paper & electronic), 15% Assist with special projects on an ad hoc basis, 5% Perform light cleaning and upkeep, 5% Greet guests as they arrive and help them settle into conference rooms for meetings.
- REQUIRED - A minimum 5 years of experience as a receptionist or office administrator
- Personable, outgoing, energetic, and professional
- Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Financial industry experience is helpful but not required
- Adept multi-tasker who can easily move from one project or activity to another
- Notary Public designation is preferred but not required
- Team player who is willing to assist other team members whenever business needs arise
- High School diploma, at a minimum, with excellent skills and relevant experience
