Senior Business Systems Analyst with Card Operation (Debit /Credit card)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to support strategic initiatives within the payment processing domain.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in credit and debit card systems, along with hands-on experience with major payment networks and platforms, including Visa, Plus, Star, and Moneypay. Familiarity with FIS and TSYS global payment products is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business and system requirements for payment processing solutions.
Analyze, design, and optimize systems related to credit/debit card transactions and settlement processes.
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, developers, and vendors (including Visa, FIS, and TSYS).
Ensure successful integration of payment systems with FIS and TSYS platforms.
Provide subject matter expertise in card networks including Visa, Plus, Star, and Moneypay.
Create detailed documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and data mapping.
Participate in system testing, validation, and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in business systems analysis within the financial services or payments industry.
Strong working knowledge of credit and debit card processing systems, prior experience with Visa, Plus, Star, and Moneypay etc
Familiarity with FIS payment solutions or TSYS global payment products.
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
