This individual will focus on estimating, pricing, and fostering strong client relationships to successfully secure and manage drywall projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project estimation and management, with excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to support business growth.
  • Identify and bid on target projects, managing estimating from take-offs to final pricing.
  • Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes.
  • Influence project scope and solutions to create mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Transfer project knowledge to the field team for smooth execution.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating or project management (drywall experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in estimating/project software (e.g., On-Screen Take-Off, BlueBeam).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • High school diploma/GED required; bachelor's in construction management a plus.
  • 10-panel Pre-employment testing required.
Travel to multiple construction sites is required at times.Must present documents that establish identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
