
Bartender - Part Time

- Responsible for bar inventory and ordering, bar menu development, and brand management.
- Demonstrate detailed expertise of bartending and service for bar guests in a fast-paced environment.
- Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests.
- Follow recipes and/or product directions for mixing beverages.
- Adhere to alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and managing intoxicated guests.
- Collect payments and operate cash register for drinks and/or food served following company established cash handling policies and procedures for all transactions.
- Manage till and secure all monies at the end of each shift.
- Adhere to food and beverage safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Maintain a clean work environment in accordance with all health ordinances.
- Wash and sterilize glassware.
- Responsible for bar team development and accountability.
- Assist in wine and spirit trainings for service team.
- Provide exceptional service to each guest.
- Responds promptly and adequately to guest requests or concerns.
- Assist in the dining room when necessary.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two or more years’ relevant experience
- Five years of experience in the preparation of trending bar menu items and related products.
- Equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Vast bar knowledge.
- Proven success in running inventory and bar program development in a highly competitive market.
- Passion for mixology trends and creativity.
- Current OLCC License.
- Current food handler’s card.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word and Excel.
