- Collaborate with prospective clients to design and coordinate office layouts and facility services
- Lead planning sessions with internal project teams to align on project scope and timelines
- Complete company-specific training within designated timeframes
- Participate in regular sales training meetings
- Engage in ongoing individual training and development sessions as needed
- Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 510 years of experience in B2B, outside sales with a proven track record of success
- Experience in related fields such as office furniture, space planning, relocation, flooring, or facilities management is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong sales acumen including persuasive communication, presentation, and project coordination
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills
