We are looking for top talent to make significant contributions to our products, technology, and customers.The Talent Attraction Specialist collaborates with business leaders to develop hiring strategies ensuring we attract top talent to fuel our growth and success. We are seeking an enthusiastic, service driven individual with a passion for candidate experience!What You Will doSourcing and Recruitment:Foster and develop meaningful relationships with various business units to understand the business objectives and specific role requirements.Identify, engage and screen qualified and diverse candidates through various channels (online platforms, networking events, referrals, etc.).Consult and advise hiring managers through the full recruitment life-cycle including handling the verbal and written job offer process while working closely with HR for smooth onboarding (including participation in once-a-month small group onboarding / orientation and facilitation).Workforce Planning:Develop and execute hiring plans aligned with NEOGOV's strategic goals.Anticipate talent needs and proactively address workforce gaps and build talent pipelines.Employment Branding:Enhance NEOGOV's reputation as an employer of choice.Craft compelling narratives that resonate with potential candidates.Process Improvement:Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment processes.Optimize candidate experience and streamline workflows.Technology Enhancement:Leverage recruitment tools and platforms effectively.Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.Recruitment Metrics:Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent acquisition.Use data-driven insights to refine strategies.School Partnerships:Establish relationships with educational institutions.Participate in career fairs and campus recruitment events.Who You Are5+ years of experience as a TA Specialist / Recruiter in full life cycle recruitment.Bachelor's in Human Resources (preferred) or related field.Relevant HR certifications (e.g., HR, SHRM, SPHR, PHR) are advantageous.Proficiency in U.S. employment law and corporate recruitment best practices.Ability to assess talent and align it with organizational needs.Prior experience in building networks and reporting recruitment statistics.Strong administrative and verbal/written communication skills.Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.Experience handling confidential information.Experience with variety and complexity of projects and hiring managers.Preference in SaaS industry and varied corporate positions.Passion and interest in recruitment, talent acquisition and candidate experience.What NEOGOV OffersCompetitive WagesComprehensive Benefits package (medical, dental, vision, etc.) for full-time employees effective Day 1Generous PTO to support work-life balance401K Matching12-week Paid Parental LeaveAutonomy to grow and find your career path with supportive leadershipInclusive and diverse work environmentNEOGOV does not discriminate in employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy and gender identity), national origin, political affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, genetic information, age, membership in an employee organization, retaliation, parental status, military service, or other non-merit factors.
