- Own and deliver key performance metrics, including safety, quality, cost, and throughput.
- Lead manufacturing operations by implementing best practices and standard work processes.
- Develop staffing forecasts, manage facility requirements, and align resources to meet production goals.
- Maintain inventory control standards and ensure the timely availability of materials.
- Set and enforce production time, quality, and safety standards.
- Lead technical and engineering functions related to manufacturing operations.
- Partner with design engineering to develop, launch, and sustain cost-effective equipment and processes.
- Lead and track capital expenditure projects and departmental budgets.
- Identify and implement methods to reduce operating costs and cycle time.
- Champion a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Support and develop front-line leaders and promote accountability and open communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and lean principles.
- Expertise in safety, environmental regulations, and quality systems.
- Demonstrated success in budget forecasting, capital planning, and KPI management.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage with senior leadership.
