Job Summary and QualificationsThe Director of Emergency Services ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit(s) and department(s) in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. The Director of Emergency Services fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.Education & Experience:·3 years of Recent Acute Care ED Director/ Manager experience Required·Bachelor's Degree or other approved education plan Required·Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred·Master's Degree PreferredSalary Range: (based on years of experience)·Minimum: $118,019·Midpoint: $148,720·Max: $177,02Sign on: NegotiableRelocation: Case by CaseAdditional Information:ED Summary:• 25 beds + some vertical spaces that aren’t counted• 100-120 visits/day• 1 FSED + another under constructionReporting Structure:• Director reports into CNO• 1 manager right now.
